It's like revisiting the competency of Justice John Roberts, who has the best chance of filling High Potentate Anthony Kennedy's place as "the swing vote", the only one who matters, the real ruler of us all. There is absolutely NO POINT in talking about this terrorist’s “qualifications”. He has none.
