Obama is crazy. Everybody is treated equally under the law.
In terms of actual practice, everybody bends over backwards to give blacks a break. Hispanics are generally treated like non-Hispanic whites, that is, more severely, unless they’re illegal immigrants. In that case, like all illegals including Obama’s auntie and the Tsarnaev family, this means that they’re home free.
