HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - It's not hard to find a Confederate flag flying in Alabama, but it may surprise you some of the places you'll find it.
The next time you see an Alabama State Trooper, take a close look at their cruisers and a patch they wear on their uniform.
You can find a Confederate flag on every trooper vehicle. You'll also find the flag on a patch that every uniformed Trooper wears.
The Huntsville chapter of the NAACP says it time for it to go, and they plan on taking their fight to Montgomery.
An NAACP spokesperson said now is the perfect time to spark this movement.
"The time is right, and I just think it needs to be," said the Reverend Robert L. Shanklin. "We need to do a clean sweep. The state and local government, anywhere that that's located."
Troopers said they are aware of the controversy, but there's nothing they can do. They explained that any changes to the emblem will have to happen at the state level.

I agree with the NAACP. They should remove any vestige of the hated, criminal Confederate Battle Flag, and those racists that died serving under that repugnant banner. All of their descendants should be rounded up and sent away.
To honor the great organization, the NAACP, and all that they represent, we should replace those offensive badges and mandate the red flag with the hammer and sickle and start to celebrate the 60 million or so who were murdered by Uncle Joe Stalin. That will please the Democrat Party, the Black Caucus in Congress, the unions, and the legions of Professors who worship everything that the red banner represents.

perfect group to use for civil unrest. And they are being

with a mental disorder that renders them totally intolerant.
They will accept communism as long as they think it will
get back at everyone they hate never knowing that it is
themselves that will be the first to go when they reach that goal.
This does nothing to actually help broken black families, the unemployed in the inner cities or high crime rate in that community.
Simply tell the NAALCP to go take a hike. Give an inch and these losers will take a mile.

I don’t think any flag other than the U.S. Flag should be on a patrol car. The civil war is over. We lost. Get over it.
