I’d like to know what laws were “un-technically” broken or thought to have been broken.

I have been to flea markets where adult videos and publications are sold. They are not out where they can be viewed by the kids. Again, technically, no law was violated but a few months later the flea market had a list of things that could not be sold.
Feelings got hurt. Panties were peed in. Somebody got frightened, ‘cause it was “scary”.
