Says who?
if you’re talking about GI insurance, that’s something the vics paid for.
Tell me one think these SC vics families did to deserve the $29,000,000 of my grandchildren’s dollars.

Thousands of black people shot dead by black people every year, and they get nothing. Getting shot dead by a white guy is like winning the lottery without a ticket!

Grasp the concept; the present government is a mere wealth transfer scheme; from whites(who created and managed this country up to 2008) to Third World members.

Sorry but I simply don’t understand the logic. Someone acts out and kills some people, sad that it happened, but why should tax payers pay millions to them?

An unspecified portion of the money, allocated under the government's national Crime Victim Assistance Formula Grant program, can be used to provide services to the families of victims of the shootings ...KInda sounds like it's not going directly to the family and instead going to be laundered through some Democrat politicians and Community Organizers along its way

$29 million.....from the taxpayers?
I thought this is what life insurance was for and civil lawsuits?
So yeah, Roof is judgment-proof. But so is the illegal out in California.
So are the Feds accepting responsibility for the background check? If so, then further proof positive they can be trusted to enforce checks. Which way is it?

Looks like the Yahoo readers don’t like it either. As someone asked, “have they done this for Colorado victims?”

I feel sorry for the victims but using tax monies is wrong. Typical rotten example of give aways the communists liberals bleeding hearts have.

Roughly $3 mil per family.
Wow. Baltimore and the south side of Chicago could turn into wealthy neighborhoods, if that applied to them.

"I am cool with this. The families have been through hell and back and money does not eliminate that fact especially when they were praying to God during the murders."
I'll bet that lady out in San Francisco was praying as she died but her family will be lucky if they even get a small portion of justice.
