Never having been in the military I can't speak from experience. My dad had been in the Army and he was opposed to it. And if I recall correctly most of the military leadership at the time was against it, so I think their opinions on what was best should have counted for a lot more that it apparently did. Just answer yes or no to the following question: I think openly homosexual persons should be allowed to serve in the military.
