I remember all those times you questioned where Obama got the authority to do unconstitutional things.
Oh wait; no I don’t.
Obama’s entire presidency has been one big unconstitutional train wreck. That goes without saying. But:
1. How does that justify unconstitutional conduct from Trump? And,
2. Constitutional issues aside, how does Trump plan to enforce this “fine” against Mexico (which, of course, is not subject to U.S. law or the authority—real or imagined—of the U.S. President)?
