Interesting point. Before a great leader came in the Bible, how often did we see their oppressors killing children? The children were hidden or went into exile. Moses, Samuel, John the Baptist and Our Lord Himself came into the world at a time when children- whether simply first-born, babies, or toddlers were slaughtered.
Perhaps all this, especially with babies slaughtered in their mothers' wombs, is the herald of the Final Coming of Jesus, I pray soon. Satan may win the vote and court decisions, but he will never defeat God. For ourselves, we must watch, wait, and pray: and never give in to despair. May God have mercy on our country!
