Not at all. I condemn any politician who exploits the grieving families for political opportunism.
Disagree totally. These families need to tell their stories. These stories need to be heard. They are a small sample of what illegals are doing to families across the country. They are showing how broken our system is.
They are calling out both Republicans and Democrats for doing nothing.
My wife is watching the press conference. She wondered why the local TV cut away before the victims families got to speak.
Now she knows. Local stations would never broadcast this.
Seems like this press conference would add to their healing process by speaking their minds and hearts expressing their outrage over losing their children to illegal predators due to the fault and failures of the US govt.
It’s none of your business whether these families want to tell their stories at a press conference. you don’t know them and you have no business lecturing to them.

The families are involved, of their own accord. Nobody is forcing them to meet with Trump, and to go public.
It seems to me the families think it is a good thin to get their stories out, and they appreciate Trump’s making that happen.

No, what is shameful is the fact that these families lost loved ones at the hands of illegal immigrants. You heard their stories, or did you? They went everywhere trying to get something done about the murders of their family members - to no avail. Trump allowed them a platform to tell their stories, something no one else has done. He gave them their time at the podium - You, MN Mike are a jerk!
Maybe, rather than posting the same thing over and over again, you might want to watch this.
Trump didn’t ask for it. They came to him. Finally someone is giving them a voice.
I understand that some of the parents have been interviewed in the aftermath of the death of that young lady in San Francisco.
Their message is getting out irrespective of Trump.
Trump exploited them by holding a media press conference.
