This is a condensed version of security camera footage from the parking lot outside Don Carlos Mexican Restaurant before, during and after the shooting at Twin Peaks in Waco on May 17, 2015. The video was released to the news media by Dallas attorney Clinton Broden. The footage above, covering the first 30 minutes of the shooting, has been condensed from the full video, which runs one hour and 30 minutes.

First, this will be very interesting.
Second, this will probably get hard to watch as the website gets overloaded.
Third, I guess I’ll go watch it.
I’m not getting much out of it other than it appears the cops put someone down to the left of the screen.
Doesn’t show crap, and there is no audio (aside from a grating noise.)
Total nothing burger. None of the important action is on this video. There must be another camera pointing toward the action that shows what actually happened.
All this one shows is the LE rushing and creeping up on “something”. What that something is is anyone’s guess.

There was more action on the swimming pool riot video.
To “reconstruct” the events, ALL the videos must be reviewed (frame by frame if necessary) and synchronized by exact times to put together the big picture. As it is, nothing has been revealed.

What happens at about 12:42:30 in the top left part of the view?
There seemed to be quite a number of uniform types and the interesting white haired guy in peach. It'd be good to have all of LEOs ID'd.
We get much better video from the surface of Mars. I want to see the real good video.
This is a teaser I bet. When do they release the body cam video?
Why watch it? The executioners (snipers) knew damn well where the surveillance cameras were before their kill mission even started.
No real detail, back to the story concoction wait.
