Joe Arpaio’s acknowledgment in a radio interview last weekend that he is still investigating President Obama’s birth certificate has prompted a question from people who continue to follow the controversy.
What ever happened to the “universe-shattering” revelation promised by the sheriff’s lead investigator, Mike Zullo, in late 2013?
Reached by telephone, Zullo told WND in an interview his Cold Case Posse team commissioned by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office must resolve three legal issues before the new evidence can be revealed regarding the validity of the document posted online by the White House in 2011 as Obama’s birth certificate and a subsequent investigation of its origin.
“We’ve cleared two, and the last one is problematic,” Zullo said of the legal hurdles.
“If we can’t clear it, it may preclude this information from ever reaching the light of day. It may prevent me from ever disclosing what this is. But it does not mean we are not cultivating new evidence.”
Zullo explained that when he said in 2013 he was preparing to release the information, he anticipated “we were going to have these answers within weeks.”
As this was progressing, the legal issues started coming up, and it’s just put everything on hold,” he said.
A racial-profiling legal judgment against Arpaio and a subsequent, ongoing civil contempt case against the sheriff that has taken a bizarre turn have only made it more difficult, Zullo said.
But he insists the document posted by the White House in April 2011 is fraudulent.
“There are some very serious problems with that pdf file,” he told WND. “That’s not an issue.
“Maybe he was born here, maybe not,” he said of the president. “That question has never been the focal point of our investigation. He may very well have been born here. Who knows?”

As I already said, whoever wrote Dreams From My Father, the book is Barack Hussein Obama, II’s intellectual property, unless and until a ghost writer comes forward to claim it as their intellectual property.
That book was written in 1995. Barack Hussein Obama Senior claimed paternity on August 31, 1961 in an interview with the Immigration and Naturalization Service for an extension of his student visa and again in 1964 in his divorce decree.
He is also listed as father in the Health Bureau Statistics data in the two Honolulu newspapers published on August 13th and August 14th, 1961.
So regardless of whether Barack Obama lied in claiming authorship of Dreams From My Father, it is Barack Hussein Obama Senior’s mother who is pictured on the cover of the book and the names of Senior and Obama II bear a striking resemblance!
Whenever the subject of Obama’s pathological lying comes up you run from it in blind terror. Nobody could have missed the point of my post as completely as you did by accident. You had to have missed it on purpose. Why? So you wouldn’t have to admit on a conservative forum that you believe Obama is more honest than dishonest.
There is also an embarrassingly slavish biography that credits Ayers. It’s called Barack and Michelle, Portrait of an American Marriage. The author spoke to the Obamas’ Chicago friends, more than one of which acknowledged Ayers as the author.
They related how, when Barack had nearly burned through his second advance without writing a single page, Michelle gathered up all his notes, records and other documents and dumped them on Ayers, who in turn wrote the book.

It’s not just liberal Dems, these days. The entire Permanent Political Class is teeming with liars, along with their appointees and state officials. The problem certainly existed prior to Bill Clinton, but it became epidemic in his wake. The Ruling Elite observed that not only did BC pay no price for wholesale lies and perjury—he actually profited from them. From that time on the floodgates were open.
Which of course has been my point all along. Not everything the political class says is true. So when you quote a politician or one of their appointees, and act as if you are citing absolute, objective trith, just remember this:
They lie.
I haven’t stated that what any politician or judge has said is true. I have instead posted exactly WHAT they have said (usually in quotations) and what they have ruled.
Twenty-one state and federal judges have ruled the Obama is a natural born citizen and that he qualifies under Article II, Section 1.
If any court should ever rule that Obama is not a natural born citizen and that he does not qualify under Article II, Section 1, I will be among the first to post and quote from those rulings as well.
If any local, state or federal elected or appointed officials should ever address the issue, I’ll try to find and post (as quotations) their statements.
You call those rulings “lies” of the permanent political class. I call them judicial “opinions” that can either be upheld or overturned by higher courts.

So what is the last “legal issue” to clear?
There isn't one. Zullo is just making it up to cover for the fact that he's got nothing at this point to release. The whole Dennis Montgomery piece has turned out to be a dud (at best, and quite possibly harmful). That Montgomery is the link to the supposed "universe shattering evidence" can't be denied given what has been revealed. All the hints and teases on the Gallups show about some "second investigation" that involved "two full time deputies of the MCSO" that "grew out of the birth certificate investigation, but separate from it" -- tracks by date what is now known about the MCSO interactions with Montgomery. Unless Zullo is now going to try to claim a "third" investigation, that "second investigation" HAS to pertain to Montgomery.
So Zullo now has nothing. The "legal hurdle" (that will never be resolved) is Zullo's face-saving ploy as to why he'll never do anything further. So some time down the road expect to hear something like "I wanted to release it all, but that darned legal obstacle wouldn't go away, and I couldn't put the MCSO personnel at risk."
It’s a secret.
Every judge in America who has had this issue before him or her, every state’s Chief Elections Officer and all 535 members of Congress who twice unanimously certified the votes of the Electors in 2008 & 2012 have been “pro-Obama” on eligibility.
There are legitimate issues, and then there are phony non-issues.
I’m with Governor Sarah Palin on this one: “I don’t, [question Obama’s faith and citizenship] and those are distractions, What we’re concerned about is the economy. And we’re concerned about the policies coming out of his administration and what he believes in terms of big government or private sector. So, no, the faith, the birth certificate, others can engage in that kind of conversation. It’s distracting. It gets annoying and let’s just stick with what really matters.”
And if we’ve learned one thing, it’s that we can trust the judges. After all, it was judges that gave us homosexual ‘marriage.’
