Kent Hovind was just released today after serving 9 years for contempt of court. The IRS, who originally went after him, has stone walled and lied to congress repeatedly. Yes, Kent Hovind, a case of bona fide religious persecution under specious pretense. He is finally out.
I do not think this judge in Brownsville will back down, however. Just a gut feeling...
