They keep saying there will be trials and juries but for the life of me I can’t figure who they plan to charge with what crime. Like I say, I don’t know there is a law against being’ there when the SHTF.
The cookie cutter warrants and complaints have a sort of combination charge, committing or conspiring to commit, as part of gang activity. murder, capital murder, or assault. Actual charges are allowed to deviate from that, so the charge will fit the evidence. For example, a “commit assault in furtherance of gang activity” might be changed to simple assault. Much easier to prove.
