That was an exercise to be held in Goliad County but has been cancelled
according to info I’ve seen on the net.

There is a Muslim community southwest of Houston but not quite that far. I was wondering if the Goliad exercise had been cancelled because of that. My spelling is wrong but it was something like Muhamsburg.
