I read on another thread that she stated that there are three co-equal branches of government - executive, legislative, and judicial. And that the judicial branch is equal, and not superior, not in a position to order the other branches to take action like this.

Wow - she actually listened in her Civics class? (BTW - I don't think they even teach Civics anymore in publik skools.)

I concur with the other one who replied to this - I wish there was a "Like" button. :-)
