GOOD POINTS:

Sanctuary City Officials could be sued...... using the doctrine of "vicarious liability"...

This was previously used against a white supremacist -- his hate talk and materials influenced skinheads who then murdered an innocent black man.

Compares w/ criminal minds of those here illegally......influenced by Sanctuary City policies----contrived by Govt Officials----implying its OK to attack Americans.

I would think they could use the same arguments as when people sue these agencies for being victims of violence for failure to supervise convicts who were released early or on parole.

I think this is germane.. there's Obama doings that will "integrate" neighborhoods. A similar thing happened during the Clintons' administration. The neighbors resisted peacefully -- the government employees got nasty.

A federal judge cleared the way for bureaucrats personally to be held accountable and open to legal action.

Court document

The decisions left bureaucrats open to be personally responsible for their actions on the job and they could be sued as individuals.

For example the court wrote, "When government officials violate citizens' clearly established First Amendment rights, however, we will not apply the doctrine of qualified immunity to defeat a remedy of damages to which the citizens are entitled under Bivens." para #92

There's a little more information here

So the government employees had better be respectful of inalienable rights lest they be held personally and individually accountable and lose their assets.
