Sadly, crime happens ANYWHERE because of OUR FALLEN HUMAN NATURE regardless if you have liberals or conservatives living there or not.

What is a fact is that there is far less crime in areas where people retain a strong value system & responsible identification based upon pride in whom they are. For example, since it has been in the news lately: South Carolina was the one State--the only State--where the Black & White felony rates were approximately the same, over the forty year period from 1920 to 1960. It was also the State where the races respected each other, and at least in some areas, the Negroes actually retained some elements of their original African culture--thus had greater pride in their own identity.

By contrast, New York increasingly flirted with Leftist values during the same period, and the Black to White felony crime ratio had spiked to 12 times by 1960! (Interestingly, similar phenomena could be seen in South Africa, in contrasting the Bantu townships outside "Liberal" Johannesburg as contrasted with those outside Conservative Pretoria. (And in the Bantu homelands, where their traditional culture was not corrupted by Leftist social engineers, there was no parallel to the corruption in detribalized Soweto, outside Johannesburg.

Yes Mam, it really does matter whether the traditional restraints on bad behavior remain in force, as contrasted with where faux "Liberal" theorists, have experimented on those societies & communities.

The very worst thing for any community, Black or White, is in breaking down pride in identity; on the one hand making it a grievance, on the other a cause for guilt feelings. Just chart the explosion in both White & Black illegitimate births, after the initial successes of the "Civil Rights" Movement in the late 1950s & 1960s. The correlation will telegraph loud and clear just how non altruistic is this latest foray of Obama. This will absolutely work to the detriment of every identifiable group involved in a very cynical experiment.
