Even though his positions are not always perfectly in line with mine, Ted Cruz is the most honest, and explains his positions with more clarity than any other candidate. I also believe he is the most equipped to handle the media climate in this country today. Lastly, I trust him with the Constitution.

Why would Trump want to take advice from Rove? If Trump wants to take advice from anyone, he has the means to find more successful advisers.
