Even economic sanctions don't work. They sorta work to change the minds of ultimately well-minded people, e.g. South Africans and Apartheid. They definitely don't work against evil-minded people such as the North Koreans, the Iranians, etc.
As the tune goes: It's time to "bomb bomb bomb bomb bomb Iran bomb bomb bomb bomb bomb Iran..." and ISIS and the Norks as well.
