Thank you. This may be the last bastion. The “Alamo” ,as they say in Texas. But then there was San Jacinto, as I recall. While all here do not totally agree— all here hate the tyranty of the politically correct.
I rented my house to low income people before. The first family was awesome. The second family...human garbage. The whole lot of them. When they moved the took everything. Luckily the water was shut off. They took all the fixtures. AND they pulled off all the electrical heat tape wrapped under the house to keep the pipes from freezing in the winter. The only way to get the pipes wrapped is to cut a hole in the floor and climb down under. I will never ever ever rent to section 8 people. NEVER. Let them live in boxes. There is a reason they are broke. They are lazy shiftless layabouts.

I think a very high percentage of them are drug addicts. That’s why they go to such extraordinary lengths to get something they can sell.
