I seem to recall a couple years ago where some store in NYC had to pay a big fine for selling “replica guns” without a license. (They were lighters!) Glad I don't live in that NYC rathole. I have a gun lighter, got it over 40 years ago as a teen. It looks just like a chrome semi-auto gun. I wouldn't dare light up in public now.
