File the lawsuit against the SF Board of Supervisors. They do not enjoy the same sovereign immunity as that of federal employees.

Frankly, sovereign immunity is a concept whose time is past. We should be able to pierce through the “course and scope of employment” BS also and go after the people making these decisions personally. Bureaucrats will always be bureaucrats, but they don’t have to be nameless and faceless. Start tagging some names to these decisions and policies. We’ll see how excited the Lefties are about screwing broad swaths of the American public wghen they lose their anonymity.
