And while I’ll agree that a BB gun shouldn’t be considered a full fledged gun, it can still shoot an eye out. No officer should have to submit to that.
And from any distance at all, it would be hard to tell what was really in the guy’s hand.
This was either suicide by cop or another Darwin Award winner.

the cops had no choice...the guy was probably drunk and probably not very smart to begin with....
