Hasta la vista, Perry....

Wow the media is REALLY FEARFUL of Trump. That's why they are all attacking for him.

What's that old World War II saying, "The Flak is the heaviest when you are over the target." Trump is flying onto the Flak.

This is a media/democrat issue. The more the republicans squabble with each other the better for the democrats.

There are a ton of Obama administration screw-ups to campaign against. We have to quit letting the media set the issues.

The thing is, Perry said something good, about increasing border security when he was Governor. If he had just said he doesn't support illegal entry into the US but has high regard for Mexicans who enter the US legally and obey our laws, he would've been home free. The rest of the interview was pretty good.

I can't believe Perry and/or his advisors are so out of touch with that distinction that he stepped into it. Or maybe I can. Perry does seem to suffer from foot-in-mouth disease.

Perry, why, on earth, did you wade into this and support the liberal meme?

Idiot.

Looks like Perry took the bait. This signals the death knell for his chances at the nomination. The GOP is getting very dangerously close to destroying it’s own party as they attack their own members. Perry must realize that the enemy is the Democrat party (not Donald Trump). The GOPe are utter fools, all of them utter fools.

Why would Hispanics be offended when these criminal foreign invaders are moving into their neighborhoods putting them and their families at risk? I dont see them moving into the rich white gated communities

Sadly Perry is right. Trump’s remarks don’t represent the GOP.

The GOP is too busy caving to the cheap labor express and supporting illegals over citizens.

"“The fact is, I have said clearly that Donald Trump does not represent the Republican Party."

From their own mouths they shall convict themselves.

Who is this Perry fellow anyway?

Hispanics in America and Texas, from the Alamo to Afghanistan have been extraordinary people

My ears must be different than many of these GOP candidates.
I would expect fake outrage from the left but not from the so called conservatives. Trump qualified his statement as he spoke. Did no one hear it? “I assume there are many who are good people.” The conversation was about illegals, not about Mexicans. Those GOP who appear to be outraged just lost my support for their gutless response.
There are many ways the condidates could have approached this. They chose to make points by joining democrats in a bashing circus.

Rick Perry failed at the border. Now he is critical of me. He needs a new pair of glasses to see the crimes committed by illegal immigrants.-——therealdonaldtrump Twitter

Whether its possible or not, maybe the DC establishment’s next move will be to push Trump out of the Republican party.

Strange. People who mock the idea of a trump presidency put Obama in power. Just another reason the world doesn’t take us seriously. How in the world was it possible for a man like Obama to become President of the United States of America?

Perry’s pro-Mexico, anti-American positions does not represent American views.

While what the Donald said had a number of elements of truth, it was not politically correct as judged by the faux-outrage leftists in the media. That said, it doesn't help his brand, nor that of the GOP. There are probably about a thousand different ways he could have said what he said in a kinder way.

I'm starting to wonder if Gov. Scott Walker's meeting with Donald Trump was a finalization of an agreement to thin the herd before Walker's announcement, with Trump running interference by just being Trump, and the rest of the field being wimpy GOPe paper targets.

As it stands now, most of the field has done their best to attract Democrat voters to their cause which is a strategy doomed to failure. What roadmap gives you the electoral win splitting the liberal vote and no one campaigning for conservative votes?

Perry is "a man without a country"--

He plays up to the GOPe but they don't want him...

... conservatives don't want him.

He's wasting his time and donor's money.

Perry says what he thinks people want to hear.
