In the Bible whenever Israel turned her back on God she had a military invasion as God's judgement....but an invasion does not have to be militarily to overcome a nation.

Yes, 230 years, with a pause here and there for righting the wrongs. And once again we must fight for this country, and right the wrongs of communism/socialism/marxism. So, let's stop with the “it's all over for the USA” kind of talk. Buck up and stand up and have the willingness and the fire in your belly to win this war against the Left. As a slave-state in 1860, Delaware had the lowest percent of slaves (2% = fewer than 2,000 slaves) and slave-holding families (3% = fewer than 600) of any Southern state.
Delaware was the first Southern state to reject secession (January 3, 1861) and while it did provide companies (hundreds) to Confederate units, it sent regiments (about 12,000 troops) to support the Union cause.
Delaware's state government never officially abolished slavery, however most slave-holders voluntarily freed their slaves.
Delaware rejected the 13th Amendment on February 18, 1865, only symbolically ratifying it 36 years later, on February 12, 1901.
Slavery officially ended in Delaware, along with every other state, when the 13th Amendment was ratified in December 1865.
