I saw the Couric interview with Cruz on Yahoo night before last. You should have seen the look on the face of that old has-been when Ted Cruz said: “Well, you know it was the Hillary Clinton campaign that started this whole ‘birther thing’ about Obama in 2008....” Couric looked like the kid, in that old black and white movie, who got slapped for fartin’ at the supper table.
