But Rush.... But Rush, I’m a baby boomer and I DON’T love Obama, in fact, it’s quite the opposite. People like me don’t count to the MSM. They don’t want to report anything about the myriad of people like myself who can’t stand the Obamas. We don’t count just like they won’t count people who have given up finding work.
We’re getting a snow job of monumental proportion only because they can’t admit they were 100% wrong about Obama.

Rush missed a key metric, wages were unchanged, which means after inflation the standard of living once again declined.
Add to that the cost to the middle class of Obamacare who don’t get subsidies and are paying higher premiums and higher deductibles and you can see why we are heading into another recession.

But the chocolate ration will be increased.

I was offered a job making 50 bucks an hour today (still thinking about it)....a tad more then my 38 dollars an hour I currently make. I am thinking the economy is booming, but the guy that gets his pink slip today probably thinks it is quite a depression.

The way to judge isn't from your own personal experience.
Instead, as you drive around look at commercial property (Office buildings, factories, strip malls, mega malls, etc). Do they have empty units? Do they have "For Sale," or "For Lease," signs in front of them? Do many have parking lots that are mostly empty? Was it always like this? If the answer to all these questions is "Yes," except the last, then you probably do not live in the Metro DC area.

They’re selling us the sizzle, but we aren’t getting our steak!
To: Kaslin
Most of them are not counted because most of them have been out of work for so long they're no longer looking for work. And if you're out of work and not looking for any, you don't get counted as unemployment. It is more then that Rush. If you are unemployed and looking for work but you no longer register your search with the unemployment office (because, hey, why would you, your benefits have run out) you are counted as no longer looking.

That’s why they used it. Kramer wasn’t really employed there anyways.
