The Mexican citizen that killed two Sherriff’s Deputies here in Sacramento and Placer Counties this past year had been deported several times over the years. He kept coming back. I say that 3 time losers need to suffer the ultimate penalty for their continued crime spree against the American public....

You are much more generous than I am. On a first offense, I would consider illegal entry into our country an aggravating circumstance that should mandate the maximum penalty for the offense, to be served either here or (if we could trust the criminal's home government) in the appropriate third-world prison. On a second offense, I'd go with your recommendation. A third offense for illegal invaders should never happen.
