Well, not sure about the "very" part, but yes, he will be somewhat disappointing to conservatives at a minimum. All Wisconsin Republicans will. It's in their blood I think, this little inner liberal. That's why he's my second choice at this point.
He still has a very good record of accomplishment against the Wisconsin power left. But this is a red flag indeed.
I think a lot of people confuse Conservatism with Corporatism. Sometimes they have overlapping goals, but they are very different.
Walker opposed the unions because he is in the pocket of the Chamber...not because he is particularly conservative. This also explains his wishy-washy positions and previous record of being soft on illegal immigration.
If Walker hires folks like this to run his campaign, who do you think he will hire/appoint in government positions?
