Today I learned that a TV network just banned Dukes of Hazard re-runs.
Political ideology aside, I can spot mass hysteria when I see it....and point out how absurd it is.
A dopehead loser from a broken family killed a bunch of people. Have you ever paused to ponder why on earth you are even discussing the rebel flag? Maybe drugs and broken homes should be in the discussion...you think.
In the 1980s, some loser was infatuated with an actress...much like Roof was infatuated with a flag - yet nobody wanted to ban Jody Foster.
I'll admit that the removal of the flag is symbolism over substance, though I have been against that Demorat flag for the longest time. If we are going to do something with substance, we should ban the political Party that upheld slavery without apology.
It is the Demorat Party that has this heritage of hate. No Republican EVER held slaves - ONLY DEMORATS. The Demorat Party has NEVER apologized for slavery! If we are going to ban anything meaningful because of slavery - BAN THE DEMORAT PARTY !!!

The dopehead loser’s actions had nothing to do with the Confederate flag but it provided an impetus for the libs to go batshit. It’s what they do. As Rahm Emmanuel said, “You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it’s an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”
