That's the response I get from most Trump fans. "Hillary did it, too", or "He's better than Obama/the current paradigm", etc.
Why are you under the impression you have to settle for better than Obama? You don't.
I'm sticking right with Ted Cruz. He says the right things, as well, but he doesn't make a clownish spectacle of himself doing so. He's cool, sharp, and effective, and he's a solid Constitutional conservative...not a liberal Democrat like Trump.
Just for the public record, I am not a Trump fan. I also would prefer Cruz, but considering the long odds of his winning the nomination, I would not hesitate to consign this corrupt government to the absolute chaos that a Trump administration would bring.
