That is especially staggering considering the resurgence in heroin.Speaking of which how much of this rise is IV drug use / needle sharing as Heroin use increases as people look for big pharma pain killer substitutes..

That was my point; if heroin use is skyrocketing, and this much of the rise in AIDS is gay men instead of IV drug users...
