Yes, they did, and unless they are held accountable immediately, they will continue to do exactly that, and so will every other federal activist judge in this country.
The problem is, Congress is violating their oath as well by not initiating articles of impeachment. As long as Boehner and McConnell have the reins, expect that dereliction of duty to continue.
