CHICK-FIL-A LEADS ALL FAST-FOOD OUTLETS IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Breitbart Big Government ^ | June 30,2015 | by WILLIAM BIGELOW

Chick-fil-A, the Christian fast-food company that is closed on Sundays to honor the Sabbath, ranks at the top of all fast-food companies for customer satisfaction, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report 2015.

Chick-fil-A was vilified by LGBT supporters for its CEO’s remarks supporting traditional marriage, but that hasn’t stopped it from topping the list the very first year it was included. Years before the recent Supreme Court decision legalizing sane-sex marriage, Dan Cathy, the CEO, responded to the Supreme Court decision to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act by asserting that it was “a sad day for our nation.”

Not only did Chick-fil-A head the rankings, its score was the highest ever recorded by the survey, despite the fact that the average score among fast food companies dropped almost 4% from 2014. Good service appears to be an antiquated notion, as staff courtesy, the efficiency of checkout or delivery, food quality, and order accuracy all plunged from last year.

Chick-fil-A earned a rating of 86, followed by Chipotle Mexican Grill (83), Panera Bread (80), Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, and Dunkin’ Donuts (78). Subway, at 77, surpassed eight companies tightly bunched between a ranking of 75-72: Domino’s, Little Caesars, Starbucks, Arby’s, Wendy’s, KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box.

McDonald’s trailed badly, winding up at the bottom of the heap with a ranking of 67.

Chick-fil-a is a new entrant in the Minneapolis-St Paul area.

But I’ve been impressed by thr service and with only one exception, the food was good.

There’s none of the ghetto/snotty teenager attitude there.

...and it is the best chicken sandwich of all. I like the chicken biscuit in the morning too.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. Their employees speak English, the service is always friendly and prompt, food is really good, and the place is always clean.

Anecdotal evidence is that McDonald’s just doesn’t have the customer service or food quality of the past

I beg to differ. I've just returned from a 2000+ mile road trip, and we ate at McDonalds all the way. We chose McD's for 3 reason: 1) dependable bathrooms 2) a calorie counter and choices that fit my diet and 3) I had a lot of coupons which basically gave us 2 for 1 meals everywhere. Of course my choices were limited with their coupons, but they are a very good value. Look at your receipt the next time you are in McD's. If you go one line and anser a simple questionnaire, they will give you a registration number which will allow you to turn in your receiipt on your next visit for a choice of 2 egg mcmuffins for the price of one (approx. $3.37 with tax) or 2 quarter pouders with chees for the price of one, (approx. $4). You can always ask them to leave the cheese and/or the mayo off of the quarter pounder, if you are watching your calories. I got home in good shape and lost more weight than I do on my regular diet with its overly expensive and complicated food. Some of the places we dined were simply spectacular. Some were not so great. But, I had a chance to register my rating and opinion on all. It gave me a chance to study their calory counter menus and to discover other choices that were also not harmful to my diet. Their little side salad is much improved over what it was several years ago. Their grilled chicken Asian salad is yummy and filling. 230 calories. Never get crispy chicken if you are watching your weight -- doubles the calory count.

There are new ones in Tacoma and Bellevue. They’re on my list next time I’m in the area!

I will tell you what Chick-fil-A is actually doing.......... they are doing a very good job at training the future leaders of America. I have yet to visit a Chick-fil-A where the workers are not friendly, helpful, polite, go out of their way to help customers and show the ability to solve problems.

Chick-fil-A has a great management program because they are successful at instilling these qualities in their workers at the many locations I have visited in numerous states.

Thank you Chick-fil-A owners, management and workers. You are the future leaders of this country!

Of course, nobody from Chick-fil-A would dare to say the new SC decision was a bad day for the country. They wouldn’t even whisper it to their wives. That’s how powerful the gay lobby is.

I like the food but there is some additive they use that I have found in other fast food places that is a migraine inducer.

Bojangles butter biscuits are off limits but the sausage ones don’t seem to affect me. Guess in the butter they use. Stuff off the shelf, no problem.

I drive 17 miles to the nearest one at least once a week on my lunch hour. Working in the country, the nearest fast food from me is 11 miles, anyway. They are certainly worth another 6 miles! :)

Anecdotal evidence but... the new Chil-Fil-A near Seattle is actually in Bellevue, WA (six miles west of downtown Seattle) on the corner of NE 8th and 116th Streets. I live just up the hill from it and have never seen anything like the first month it was opened (in the last week of May.) Every day there was a long line of people waiting to get into the store over a three hour period covering lunch hours and again at dinner time. The Drive-In line was so long that the Bellevue Police had to post a traffic cop at the corner but even that wasn’t enough; several days later they had to add a second one because the traffic was so overwhelming.

Each day at lunch hour, you can see groups of office workers and others on foot streaming towards their location. Now, two months later, they still need a cop on weekends and it is an unusual day when I don’t see the line still outside the door. If a second one has opened in Tacoma, I presume they are having the same sort of response.
After all the discouragement of last week, it’s great to see the good guys are still alive and well.

I grew up in Bellevue and know that location well, 116th and NE 8th used to be the start of Auto Row.

My daughter lives in Seattle, I'll stop by Chick-fil-A when I'm over.

There is a Chik fil A in the local mall. The employees are exceptional.
Take our food trays out to the table for us, come around and ask if we need more tea or anything else.

They are always packed and the day the gays decided to boycott them... well the line was all the way around the food court.
I was standing by a couple potential boycotters and they took one look and grumbled away. Delicious.

Never been that fond of CFA. They’re OK, but I don’t think I’ve ever come out of there thinking “that was good”, generally it’s passable. Of course on that list the only place I like better is Chipotle. Want to see where Panda, La Salsa, Rubios, Five Guys, Culvers and Sauce land, those are my go to FF places... notice most have beer. It’s nice to live in a time where FF can include beer.
