The obamacare decision wasn't on constitutional grounds -at least the second one wasn't. It was on statutory construction. What do the words of the statute say, mean, and imply?

I agree with the author, this is the worst decision SCOTUS has ever blasted out of it's whimsy hole.

Nor was the 1st: True, Congress can tax, but for what? ‘Healthcare’....unconstitutional/no authority, and so should the ruling, going backwards in the train of questioning.

The recent rulings are sheer activism and would have failed any debate/logic and English curricula.
