liberals try to built an honor system of non-profits. good churches are those that promote gun control, obama-care, global warming fight, and other social justice. bad churches are those that are pro-life, pro-family. good churches get tax-exempt. bad churches get taxed to the bone.

Nor was the 1st: True, Congress can tax, but for what? ‘Healthcare’....unconstitutional/no authority, and so should the ruling, going backwards in the train of questioning.

The recent rulings are sheer activism and would have failed any debate/logic and English curricula.
