Why Donald Trump is Our Maverick Candidate
Pravda ^ | June 29, 2015 | Nicolas Bonnal

Posted on 06/30/2015 6:03:47 AM PDT by sevinufnine

Two years ago, I was writing here that America needed her populist candidate in order to challenge Mother Monster Clinton or Bush the 3rd. America cannot get rid of Bush or Clinton, it is becoming like an indecent tragic-comedy.

Trump's got sense and sensibility too. He has not sold his soul to a Sheldon Adelson for instance, and he really likes his country - or what is left of it.

Let us recap the advantages of his candidacy:

Most Americans are pure trash the way they have treated their own Country. I still feel that 2/3 of Americans have no idea how they have let their own Country down. They are ignorant.

Now we have the Donald. Damn he is right! He nailed Washington to what they have become, a bunch of corrupt communists. I still favor Cruz but want the Donald to be right there with the 10 candidates and give them hell. The time to clean house is over and we have to do something to salvage America.

sounds like you would oppose any business person running for office. Let’s stick with lifetime professional politicians, right?

Have no bro-mance with Putin. I said he is what he is.

The drug lords build huge mansions for their families and love their children...but I don’t have a love for their either. I simply notice they love their own and wouldn’t hesitate to kill anyone else’s to save their “empire”.

I see you have a bro-mance with assumption which is not really bright at all.

Trump loves America—he’s a confirmed Capitalist. He will tell it like it is—in our world that is something. He’s not Reagan—but he sure aint Mittens or McCain. He will punch back—no RINO here. Trump could deal with Putin—look him in the eye and gain his respect (if not Friendship). I want no Ross Perot—but I would almost rather a Hillary Prog than a squishy RINO.

Depends on the businessman. I know plenty of them that don’t play ball with dems and seem to stay in business. Some fierily rich ones too.

Seems you want something without having thought it through.

So there ya’ go . . . how much do you value/appreciate a drug lord for “loving their own?” and working to preserve their “empire?”

Thank you for a nice post Logical me. You’ve captured all I’ve been trying to say. Plus you actually read for content rather than seeing the headline and going insane with some rant.

I like what the man is saying. Whether I’d vote for him or not is another story. I’ll look more deeply into Cruz since you’re not the only one in here to mention him.

Also agree he’ll be a hoot to watch in the debates. No doubt at all there.

Darn I wish you could read. I don’t appreciate them whatsoever. Just saying they protect their own as Putin protects his own...as Trump protects his business ventures and hopefully (IF SOMEHOW HE MANAGED TO GET INTO OFFICE) would do same for America.

Again...stop the foolish assuming.

Sorry, bud. Embrace your inner desire for a dictator of your own choosing. Some people simply want a strong man (pun intended).

Gosh, I’m so sorry you were blessed with such a massive, ability to assume incorrectly fella.

I prefer a man of honor and integrity and yes...strength must be a factor. Why in God’s name you assume I (or any other Freeper) want’s a dictator is beyond me.

One thing posting this has taught me today is Trump will cause a terrible rift on the conservative side. If he runs independently it could be like when Ross Perot caused the balance to go Clinton’s direction.

All I gather from our conversation is that you know nothing of Vladimir Putin. Absolutely nothing. And you should be embarrassed.

I know plenty and it’s much, more embarrassing to read your incorrect assuming.

Everyone knows was KGB for years and still is at heart no doubt. He increased the number of years he could remain president by changing laws (lets see if Obama tries that one). Just like Obama his family history seems to have “vanished”.

He invaded Crimea and took it back by force (if Crimea was truly happy about it as was claimed or not who knows?)

I’ve read very, much about him. I’ve also read up on Hitler, Ronald Reagan, the Kennedy’s, many Chinese dynasties,...you wish to assume which of those I want as a “dictator” or know nothing about?

If you want that conversation, every Senator that voted for TPAput their personal finances above the good of the country.

Somewhat amusing, if it wasn't so sad, for you to parachute onto a Pravda thread with the following:
I find Russia is becoming more “American” and America more “Communist” every, single day.

And you claim to "know plenty?" LOLOL

Any other way you’d like to not so stealthily attack Cruz?

It’s funny how you guys contradict each other.

“Trump is so rich that he can be his own man and not cow tow to anyone.”

“Trump is so weak and greedy, and groveling. and without principles, that he has to give his money to the democrat party, and be a democrat until 2009.”

Either way, he left the GOP and was a democrat in the political era of Al Gore, John Kerry, Hillary, Obama, and Bill Clinton is his favorite president.

Then I can get behind Trump as a FU vote. Maybe he might just win. Cant do much worse that Obama.

I am with you if the GOP nominates Bush or another RINO I would gladly vote for an independent Trump.
