Syria has both chemical and biological warheads mounted on medium range missles. If Hezbollah or ISIS gets access to these weapons, they will not hesitate in firing them onto Tel Aviv or Hafia. They may even use Damascus as a human shield. But that will not deter Israel in retaliating with nuclear weapons.
