It would've been a two-fer.
Satan copies GOD's wonders and uses them as his own to decisive. The rainbow is GOD's own reminder to Himself and us that he would never again use floods to destroy all life. The account is in Genesis ch 9 V7-V17.
Satan's disciples have used it as a symbol to encourage the behavior referred to in The Bible as an abomination before GOD. That abomination brought desolation upon Sodom and Gomorrah.
This is a spiritual battle first and a political battle second because our government has now endorsed faux legalized homosexual marriage. Marriage is ordained of GOD created of GOD for mans benefit and survival not government.
I'm glad Franklin Graham spoke up. A strong condemnation and rebuke of all officials who supported this needs to come from all Jewish & Christian shepherds. Those supporting it whether a government official or church member should be asked to repent by the church and if refused ex-communication should come. This process should not take weeks, months, or years, to debate and work it's way through some man appointed inner government in ones church. It should be immediate.
Should churches Minister to homosexuals? Yes the same as all sins. Some groups like Focus on the Family set up ministries to help homosexuals escape and recover from the lifestyle. The Lavender Mafia also wants that to be outlawed. They want people to perish into hell with them. Should homosexuals be allow any position even membership within the churches? NO!
As a reference as to just how grave a sin this is preachers should first read the account of Sodom and Gomorrah to the church then and the end result in contrast the actions of other who fell to sexual sin, repented, and GOD used and blessed them for it.
GOD knew before He sent angels to visit Lot what Lot would later do. Two things lead to Lot's response to the men wishing to rape the angels. Their safety as guest was Lot's responsibility {though when responding he did not yet know whom they were} plus the sin they wished to do to against the angels the angels was considered more vile an act than them violating his two virgin daughters.
Is Homosexuality the actual Abomination of Desolation? Ones saying they are GOD's ministers endorsing homosexuality & standing where they should not be? {Church Pulpits}

I read that the someone is urging gays to get vaccinated against meningitis now that it is rampant in that community.

Um- Mr Graham- God has been judging our nation for 7 years now- We turned our backs on Him for decades, so He allowed an evil man to rule thjis nation and destroy everything we held dear-
You can however say that the judgement IS going to get much worse because of the evil that the left embrace

That is just not true. Billy Graham went out of his way to basically endorse Sarah Palin. I believe he took out a full-page ad in that regard.
He told Katie Couric about his Democrat registration and voting record.
