I wonder, did you see the movie “S21: The Khmer Rouge Death Machine” about the re-education camps.

The filmmakers were looking through old photobooks they found at the camps and they had pictures of the visiting commandantes, who all had huge toothy grins like that guy.

The only other place I’ve seen a grin like that is on Obama.
