The U.S. Election Assistance Commission politburo can overrule state powers under Article I Section 2 and the 17th Amendment.

But I'm constantly told that an Article V state convention to propose amendments is dangerous.

I thought the SCOTUS ruled Voter ID VALID in the States in 2009?
