I doubt it was Martha; Shannon Bream reported the decision. imho, Martha appears conservative.

what’s the difference between an anarchist and a tyrant?

An archists thinks there should be no rules over him nothing is allowed to govern him restrict his actions

A a statist tyrant thinks there should be no rules over him nothing is allowed to govern him restrict his actions and all must bent to his whim and accommodate his wants

really an anarchist stand side by side with what a tyrant..in that circular political.spectrum they meet at the bottom

so what is a Libertarian in that spectrum between an anarchist and a statist tyrant?

libertarians used to know.what they were...they used to understand that their actions were restricted by natural law self-evident truth....

I don’t listen to Glenn Beck very much but I have heard him make a comment or two in passing but I didn’t quite get the drift of what he was trying to say. What is Beck’s views on homosexuality lately?

The Catholic adoption services in Massachusetts were closed down when two lesbians took them to court for refusing to let them adopt children. This happened within days of when the courts decided with the gays on the “marriage” issue.

I am looking forward to many fags and dykes marrying. Many.

Because then there will be many divorces. And nobody has messier, more knock-down, drag-out divorces than fags and dykes. Their vengeful break-ups are epic. Now they will not just break up, but have to fight it out with lawyers, fight over property, etc.

This is going to be epic. I can’t wait to watch the carnage. It is going to be hilarious to watch.

I should start a reality TV show called “Gay Divorcees” and make a million bucks as it jets to the top of the ratings.

I find it fascinating that on the consideration of the single most important element in the stability of any nation — the structure of the family — libertarians are in complete agreement with Marxists that traditional heterosexual monogamy can/should/must be abolished and fought at every turn.

Actually if packers and munchers were to marry each other (which they always could have done) There probably would be few divorces.

Each queer couple could enjoy all the legal and financial benefits reserved for married couples, and seldom have to actually see each other, each individual leading their own sick, twisted perverted lifestyle.

From what I’ve read on this forum, Beck is just fine with homo marriage.

Remember they are living in gay central—New York City and in a totally gay centric industry—the media.

I remember when AIDS became a big national story, then the gays came up with the red ribbon stunt to promote “aids awareness”, eventually they turned a public relations disaster into a public relations success story. There was then AIDS quilt and other AIDS awareness outreaches. They must have had professional public relations people working with them because they knew exactly how to push all the right buttons.

About the AIDS red ribbon campaign, I remember an actress complaining that when they ere going onstage to speak at an awards ceremony, there were gay activists backstage with red ribbons to pin onto the actors about to go on stage. They wanted EVERYBODY to show their support for the AIDS cause (really the gay cause). This is how they operate, they use their working relationships to lobby and embarrass people into supporting them. No doubt there are many gays working backstage in all the networks and they are putting pressure on everyone to “get with the program”.

Well yes, the fag would have a beard (if she wasn’t too butched out) they could get together and talk about queer current events, bitch about their real partners, have parties for their friends (straight or otherwise)

It’d be damn convenient.

[ I have been baffled by Many Libertarians stances on this.

We need less government, so we need to cheer a decree that sanctions Government Approval on Gay Marriage? ]

This annoys me as well, I call these people “Fair Weather Libertarians” Because they like the idea of government keeping out of their way until they want something that they think only government dictate can provide then they all want that thing even if it violates their own limited government principles.

I have a deep libertarian streak and this latest Supreme court decision pissed me off because they are implying that the “State” as in federal and not the “States” as in the States be the arbiter of something that is frankly only covered by natural law.

The first Marriage laws in the USA were put in to prevent, PREVENT people of different races from marrying, instead of repealing those laws they essentially said the government should Always be the arbiter and that is WRONG on many levels.

And it sets a dangerous societal expectation that government should always be the end all be all to EVERY SOCIAL ISSUE, which is should NEVER BE!
