And the third man?

What do you call him?

To wit, you don’t confirm you’re pro-life by having an (another) out of wedlock child. WE all know the form of marriage accepted by society is the only necessary qualification for having a child.

“I unapologetically will not make excuses for moral relativism, or for its practitioners.”

Such perfectionism should not unwatched go. Same insistence on perfection that got us Obama rather than a less than totally pure Republican. Thanks a bunch. Moral absolutism is no virtue either.

I think it is horrible that all sides are attacking Bristol. I worry for her health. She has been a very outspoken and an articulate advocate for life at such a young age but now even the right is getting off on crushing her. I really can’t think of any girl who has been so hated as Bristol and for so long. Even with girls like Brittney and Miley the left adored them and the right just felt sorry for them and prayed for them. Now Bristol is being called a whore and a slut from people on both sides. I am so sad to see freepers react to a birth announcement with such hatred and judgment.

I was told the wedding is still going to happen and some freppers are going to be invited.I think this is paperwork mixup that needs to be settled before that can happen.Bristol needs to turn off her computer.

My faith tells me to follow the Ten Commandments. If a condidate can’t manage to be against murder, I don’t vote for them.

Romney is pro-abortion. There is no compromise. There can never be compromise on certain issues.

Compromising on the slaughter of babies is a sin. It is moral relativism again.

How low are your expectations that a candidate’s views on murdering children are flexible enough to go either way?

I have many, many personal failings.

I also have a vendetta against worshipping anyone but God.

I have seen people driven from debate because they didn’t care for the Palins. Or the Duggars.

All fall short, especially me. But you know what? I will never attempt to make a living telling others how to live by holding myself up as an example.

I will never tell a person that “if you don’t refrain from criticizing _____, you’re not a true conservative. Palin followers do, did, and will continue to do this. Her followers go nuts to excuse behavior, explain it away, and slam anyone who says otherwise. Duggar followers, too. And others.

I dislike the idea that criticizing a liberal for bad acts is fine, but the same acts by a so-called conservative are fine and and need to be excused.

Wrong is wrong. If Bristol Palin publicly criticizes someone one week for disrespecting her faith, then announces that she will not listen to criticism, do not even try to say it is different.

“Different because I said so” is always wrong. Conservative acceptance of moral relativism removes our platform to be correct.

This whatever-it-is borders on worship, and it is doing great damage to conservatives and our cause.

Please, prove me wrong.

PDSers must now run for cover after learning that it was a planned pregnancy. Bristol knows her convictions and stands by them.

I don’t understand calling off the marriage to Dakota Myers if he was only technically married to his first wife. If, in fact, they *thought* they were divorced but some paperwork declared them still married, his wedding to BP could have been postponed until the paperwork or whatever was holding up his 2nd marriage got cleared up. Something isn’t adding up right.

Bristol is very much in the public eye, at this point, due to her choosing.

Nothing wrong with Gov Palin’s family; in fact they are exceptional!

But Bristol herself stated that she knew of Dakota's previous marriage, and that this was not an issue.

Added to Sarah’s statement, Bristol said she and Meyer had ‘discussed our past relationships prior to our engagement,’ and she knew he had been married and divorced.

I agree, there is a lot missing from this story.

Dakota’s aloof silence, and Bristol’s constant statements, leave one wondering.

I must admit, I have become intrigued! It is as good as a play. Always one more turn to the plot.

Nope.

"Regarding salacious headlines in recent days about ‘secret wives,’ Dakota and I discussed our past relationships prior to our engagement. Dakota was legally divorced years ago, as any good reporter could and should have disclosed to readers. As usual, false stories and dramatically written headlines begging controversy should be disregarded, and we have faith that our privacy will be respected at this time by those with decency. Thank you! – Bristol”

“I’m not going to have sex until I’m married,” Bristol told In Touch magazine. “I can guarantee it.”

They’re exceptional, all right. How many families do you know where everyone gets involved in a drunken brawl and has an abstinence spokesdaughter that can’t keep boys out of her ladyparts and apparently has no clue about birth control? EX...ceptional!

She is a mess. A somewhat typical mid twenties girl except she has the ear of quite a large population. And when you can’t get out of your own way, you open that door wide for critisism.

The really bad part is how is she going to find a really good man who will love her TWO children as their own. She is damaged goods big time IMHO. But as she said God is merciful.
