Let's think about some of the state by state legal statutes that might now be argued as acceptable nationally since John Roberts' court has decreed all power to govern to the federal government.

1. Concealed Carry licenses should now be valid in any jurisdiction including Washington D.C., no?

2. Colorado and Washington residents (or maybe anyone) can now carry weed with them anywhere, no?

What about something as simple as studded snow tires in winter? I wonder what other arguments can be made along these lines...

How about removing all smoking restrictions? Homosexuality, like smoking, can cause serious health problems. If the President and SCOTUS are going to promote homosexuality in spite of the health problems, then based on what are smoking restrictions in place?
