Cheer up people. Collapse precedes Score Settling. "Score Settling" does not work in only two directions. It will work 57 different ways. Many, if not most of those with whom you would like to settle scores will not do the honorable thing and take you on face to face, man to man. They will go after the weak, helpless and undefended. They will go after them en mass.
Anarchy is a terrible thing. Do not seek it. After anarchy comes hunger, disease and famine. All the "preparation" in the world will not save you for very long.
