My philosophy on flag burning is simple:
If I see someone burning a flag which THEY legally own, I will find it offensive, and I will not associate with that person, but I will not try to stop them.
If I see someone trying to take one from a public flag pole to burn it I will try to stop them.
If I see someone trying to take one from MY flagpole, I WILL stop them.

The Charleston killer had his photo taken burning a small American flag. Were you aware of that?
What I am trying to find out is if what is right and wrong, what is "conservative" and what is "liberal," are objective and universal or rather depend on the ethno-culture of the actor?
Conservative white Southerners "wag[ed] war on the United States" and are patriots and heroes, while Blacks in Mississippi who want to secede are Communist traitors.
A white conservative who hates the American flag because it represents leftist tyranny is super-American, but a liberal who hates it is un-American.
Is Americanness, or conservatism, or chrstianity, the property of a certain set of genes and chromosomes? Or are there certain universal principals involved?
Why do anti-racists hate the creation narrative of Genesis? Why have so many racialists in history invoked it? That doesn't make any sense to me.
In short, if the only thing in the world we are fighting for is the subjective culture of descendants of northwest Europeans, then there is nothing worth fighting for. If we are fighting for the One True G-d and His universal laws, then we must never surrender.
But I don't suppose you even understand the points I'm trying to make.
