Displaying the Confederate flag is an act of defiance to
the federal leviathan.
That is why the elite establishment does not like it,
and it is why they and the media try to portray it as something else.
Are you referring to the Confederate Battle Flag when you say “rebel” flag?
If I for one don’t hold it as all that is pure and true. I revere it because of the brave men and boys that fought, got wounded and died under it. I honor it for their sacrifice for something they believed in - right or wrong. How many keyboard commandos would fight and possibly die under the Gadsden flag today?

27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with “social” religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity which does not need a “religious crutch.”
28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of “separation of church and state.”

41. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.
Why can’t all Whites just decide that we are actually Black - after all, if a guy can decide that he’s really a she, why can’t the same be done for something less significant like skin color? Besides, we’re all “from Africa” - so we’re ALL African-Americans (at least those of us who are citizens.
Oh, and guys should all declare that they are lesbians - men trapped in women’s bodies, but who are attracted to women. Women can do the mirror image thing.
The Leftist position on so many things is so anti-science, so illogical, so counter to anything related to common sense that it is internally inconsistent...so let’s take advantage of that.
I haven't seen those, and I've been following the issue pretty closely. I've seen posts where people say they are tempted to fly it instead, but none stating that anyone WAS going to do so.
In any event, I have not flown the 50-Star U.S. flag at my house in more than 9 years. I fly the Revolutionary War-era "Grand Union" flag instead. I will proudly return to flying the 50-Star flag when people who respect it and our Constitution are once again in control of the federal government.
Based on events this week, though, I'd better stay stocked up on the ol' Grand Union flag.
