Yep....Ginsburg will probably be stepping down before Obozo’s term is up. With the current republicans in congress...a liberal is pretty much a sure bet.
WEll the good news is that finding a justice more liberal than Ruth Buzzy is probably impossible.
I think this is what a couple of them were waiting for. Once they have the agenda completed one or two will retire before Obama leaves office.If he does.
