The ruling by SCOTUS now legalizing homosexual marriage opens a very dangerous door.
The church will be attacked next....and very soon. Mark my words. There will be text cases where homosexual "couples" will go to conservative Bible believing churches and ask to be married there.
They will be denied, hopefully, and then the church will be sued for denying Constitutional rights. Will the pastor go to jail? Will the church lose its tax exempt status?
It has been the goal of the homosexual community to have the stigma of their lifestyle as accepted by the church.
Satan is moving fast.
Christians....get on your knees and be in fervent prayer.
I was at an event at a Catholic College last week and a Priest friend of mine {very conservative guy} told me he has the solution, at least for the Catholic Church.
The Pope announces that the Catholic Church does not perform marriages, that it only performs, " The Holy Sacrament of Matrimony" which is defined as The Sacred joining of one man and one woman for life...period.
He then added that we can all stand back and watch the rest of the fools and sodomites "go to hell".
I could add nothing else after that.
I still say I am RIGHT on this one. Look for churches to quit the tax-exempt status, period.
These gay activists are a lot like muslims. Convert to our way or we will destroy you.
I predict the Roman Catholic Churches will be first followed by Southern Baptist Churches.
They are the two largest of their respective denominations.

those “marriages” will be meaningless in the eyes of the law. No inheritance rights, no tax protections, no pension benefits, nothing.
I think the discussion today should be when is the first animal and human marriage?
Well I personally think it would be a fine time for the Protestants and Catholics to come together and put issues of dogma behind them. No good will come of sniping at one another and saying each other are from the devil.
Look for gun sales to go up, up, up bigtime.
That's the exact answer. Churches can create new personal "covenants" not subject to government review if they wish, but they need to get out of the marriage business immediately.

The true Church will never be shuttered completely. Look at China where the true Church is underground and growing very fast. I suspect that if large denominations begin to accept the Gay Marriage mandate of the court then you will see more Home Churches and less denominational churches. Christ will always be in our hearts so do not fear the news of the day but be glad and rejoice in Him!!!
The simple answer is for churches to make a policy that only people who have been members for some time and are paid up on their tithes can get married in the church.
It is time to dust-off and follow the advice in Joel 3:10. Prayer alone won’t do it anymore.
