FULL TITLE: Rick Perry's Response To SCOTUS' Obamacare Ruling Was Probably The Smartest Of All The GOP Candidates'
And now for some news that will come as no surprise: Republican presidential candidates were all sorts of disappointed Thursday when the Supreme Court voted to uphold Obamacare, allowing health care subsidies to remain in every state. The ruling was a huge victory for the Obama administration and the Democratic party as a whole, so naturally many within the GOP took the opportunity to make some major digs at SCOTUS. But not everyone was slamming the Supreme Court. Rick Perry had the smartest reaction to the Obamacare ruling; because unlike the other 2016 Republican candidates, he didnt blame the Court he blamed the White House.

Perry writes:
The Obama Administration has ignored the text of the Affordable Care Act time and again, and todays ruling allows them to continue to disregard the letter of the law. While I disagree with the ruling, it was never up to the Supreme Court to save us from Obamacare. We need leadership in the White House that recognizes the folly of having to pass a bill to know whats in it. We need leadership that understands a heavy-handed, one-size-fits-all policy does nothing to help health outcomes for Americans.

RP is soggy day old toast.
Agreed with Rick Perry..#3 on my list...
Yeah. Only the state knows the truth because they keep so many secrets away from the public and they control the strings. The state is everything. The individual is nothing, just something to be crushed under the state’s boot.
if the 36 states that rejected obamacare were smart.... they would continue without missing a beat.....
ignore the law and make the feds do something...and then counter that with a court action which can delay the outcome half a decade through the courts by which time the law will have shown how harmful it is and there will be a national outcry to repeal it...and in the meantime the “republican” congress can defund it...
Thank you for the link to the Cruz speech on the SCOTUS ruling. I had missed that. No one comes within a country mile of Ted Cruz on the issues.
Silly response. What the SCOTUS did is now irreversible. The chances of getting a RINO or democrat Congress to repeal any part of the ACA is nill.
